Clint has served as Chief Executive Officer for The HydraFacial Company since December 2016, bringing a broad and deep experience in non-invasive aesthetics and skin health. Clint championed the rebranding of the company in 2017 and drove the company strategy and culture shift that has resulted in explosive revenue growth and rapidly growing global recognition. In 2000, he founded and later successfully sold Charleston Renal Care, a chain of dialysis centers to DaVita. He was instrumental in the development of LASIK during the early 2000's as head of surgical for Bausch + Lomb, contributing to the rapid growth of corporate refractive chains. Clint brought his skills to non-invasive aesthetics, joining Thermage in 2005 where he was Chief Operating Officer and helped take the company public in 2006. Later named Solta Medical, the brands Thermage, Fraxel and Clear + Brilliant are still globally recognized by consumers and physicians alike. He is also Chairman of OrangeTwist Brands.
Jeff joined The HydraFacial Company as Chief Operating Officer in April 2017, a position with responsibility for our Customer Experience teams, R&D, Global Manufacturing & Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to joining HydraFacial, Jeff served as Chief Commercial Officer for Syneron-Candela - a $300 million aesthetic device company, where he created an organization to lead the commercialization efforts in support of their aesthetic portfolio of products. Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles in healthcare, medical device and FMG with multinational corporations and industry leaders - Banner Health, Solta Medical, Bausch & Lomb, and Nabisco Brands.
Randy has served as Chief Financial Officer for The HydraFacial Company since March 2018, and is responsible for the Finance and Accounting teams. Prior to joining The HydraFacial Company, Randy held the CFO position for Columbus Manufacturing, a Hayward, CA-based $300M manufacturer which was named the 2017 Middle Market Deal of the Year when it was acquired by Hormel Foods. He has over 30 years of experience, serving in positions with companies such as Central Garden & Pet Company, Diageo PLC, The Blommer Chocolate Company, Nabisco Brands, and QVC Network.
Lisa joined The HydraFacial Company as the Chief Marketing Officer in June 2018, a position with responsibility for leading our global brand strategy, marketing communications & events teams, and agency partners. She is also responsible for building the new product pipeline and the development and execution of the life cycle management process. Lisa comes from the optical medical device industry where she was most recently the VP Global Strategy & Life Cycle Management for CooperVision. Over her career she has held various senior positions in Global Marketing, Regional Marketing and Sales. Her experience includes charting a strategic vision, launching new products, and developing corporate and regional brands for over a $1.5 billion portfolio.
Deb joined The HydraFacial Company as Chief Human Resources Officer in February 2017, and leads both the Customer Education and Human Resources teams. In the first 18 months with the company, she and her team have been responsible for hiring and onboarding over 300 employees, more than doubling the size of the organization. Deb brings more than 20 years of experience as a global talent leader for Fortune 500, mid-sized and start-up organizations, holding senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Allergan, GE Capital, Alliance Healthcare Services and Atlantic Richfield (ARCO). She has extensive experience in change management, culture development, organizational design & leadership development, strategic planning, and executive coaching. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development, is a Six-Sigma Executive Black Belt and is a certified executive leadership coach.
Dan has served as EVP of Sales for US and Canada since March 2017, using his 34 years of medical device sales experience to drive our capital sales teams and business development teams in both the medical, non-medical and corporate channels. Prior to joining HydraFacial, Dan was the VP of Sales at Stryker Spine, where he developed and executed the Sales strategy to hit annual revenue and Op Income targets. Dan has also held various senior sales management positions for companies such as Sherwood Medical, Ethicon EndoSurgery, CR Bard, SpineTech, Oratec, and Smith and Nephew.
Erin joined The HydraFacial Company as Vice President in May 2017, and is responsible for strategy and execution with key partnerships across all channels including physician, corporate and national accounts and retail. Most notably, her near 10 year career at Zeltiq involved the research of cryolipolysis, developing global training and commercialization strategy and programs, ultimately resulting in Zeltiq being acquired by Allergan. She also held leadership positions in marketing and global partnerships at Merz North America and Obalon Therapeutics, where she was part of the executive team to take Obalon public in 2016. With 20 years in aesthetics, she has extensive background across clinical, sales and marketing business units in all markets including North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
